quite noisy. The floorboards in the room above were really creaking and there was a lot of noise in the corridor last night people moving about. The tv was also very fuzzy. expensive beer!

(Single) room was perfectly acceptable - clean and refurbished - but nothing more than I would expect from a 4* hotel. Hotel itself is rather old and depressing. Restaurant was tired and dull, service was awful and food had obviously been more appetizing at 7 pm than it was after sitting under hot lamps till 8.30pm! Location is fine if you want to visit museums, but too far out for theatreland, Soho, Oxford St. and Coven Garden. Very overpriced. Youre paying for Kensington location not for hotel quality.

Hotel rooms need updating, we stayed in room 166 and the door to the halway has a gap so that the light and the noise from the halway comes into the room. Furthermore the floorboards creak. But overall our stay was a pleasant one.

As indicated in my review, virtually everything was excellent at the hotel. My only gripe rally is that the room was a little small. Staff reactions and service could not be faulted. Well done!

good luxury hotel ,excellent location, good value. Only comlaint was that TV reception was very poor. This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. the first time I just thought it wa a poor TV , but too much of a coincidence that the reception was

the service at reception was not that great for a hotel of this standard. Firstly, they didnt speak clearly and although I have nothing against foreigners, one essential condition you should expect to receive from reception, your first point of contact, is friendliness and professionalism. They had 2 of my guests waiting in the reception lobby for 30 minutes because they refused to check them in, although there was a credit card number against their room booking.

Lovely Hotel, excellent staff. Food very good and plenty of it. Beds very comfortable. Located directly opposite the V & A Muesum, so easy to find. Short walk to Harrods. I would use this hotel again.

we spent just one night at the Rembrandt as a treat for my 7 year old nephews birthday. Very impressed with hotel, food and service. My nephew loved it. Close to all the sights we wanted to see with him. Very enjoyable

Great choice of hotel and really good value for money....A little dissapointed with having a room on the front of the hotel (loud road noise) nevertheless I would definitely stay again..

Excellent staff who seems to take your requests seriously.Strange though that damages on jacuzzi front panel in bathroom is not fixed. Drags the whole impression down.

When Im heading for London the Rembrandt is my first choice. Ideal location, friendly service and with the health club on site what more can you ask.

I have been in your hotel on many occasions(30-40 times). I like the location, the breakfast, etc, however the tv-channels offered and internet facilities are very poor

Great Location for museums and shopping. Would have liked a fridge and a larger bathroom, like my sister and mom had.

Despite having a confirmation number with booking info in hand The Rembrandt Hotel was unable to find this booking. Fortunately I was able to make a new booking directly with their reservation desk but had they been fully booked at the time I would have been on the street with my heavy suitcases in 37 degree temp.Sorry but I will avoid using your services in the future.

Very Good We stayed at the Rembrandt for two weeks. We have no complaints about the hotel, which is being renovated. Soon all rooms will be air-conditioned. We were also satisfied with the services of Discount City Hotels. One glaring exception is that
