Very helpful staff throughout and never had to wait for service in reception or restaurants. Not a queue in sight! Party music nearby made it a little difficult to sleep for a person used to a quiet area.

Very pleasant staff everywhere, good conference facilities but room was tired although comfortable and not too hot!!! Relatively quiet and pleasant area to stay.

Ours was room only. We stay in London a lot and although location excellent and the hotel decor was good the room itself had a very strong drains smell. Shower powerful but water in handbasin was just a trickle. Would still recommend it.

Just around the corner from Gloucester Road Tube Station, so very convenient. There had been a leak from the room above, so room smelt musty and damp. Otherwise pleasant. Breakfast costs at £17.50 outrageous - as was the cost of car parking £30. for 24 hours!

Good hotel. Biggest problem was the smoke in the foyer, restaurant and bars which made it impossible to use them if you were a non smoker

Upon checking in (and following confirmation on two occasions in advance of arrival) we were initially told that we would not be getting the double bedroom that we had asked for. Subsequently we were given our bedroom but the bed was tilted to one side. We found that one staff member took great delight in his pretentious jokes and sneers over a simple query about a cup of tea.
