Stayed here twice in one week and found bedrooms (withing a few doors of one another on the first floor) to be very hot. Altering the thermostats seemed to have little effect and had to open the windows in each case, resulting in disturbing traffic noise!! Otherwise fine.

I booked an overnight stay at the hotel to celebrate the new year, hotel is in great location , sits on top of gloucester road tube station. Staff were pleasant and helpful with tips on local attractions. Room was very nice, comfortable and everything needed for an overnight stay included, iron, hairdryer, towels etc. Checking in and checking out very quick and easy. Porter will look after luggage as well if checking out in or out early. Overall a very nice hotel , would reccommend.

Our weekend was very much planned round the Picadilly Line so the hotel was excellently sited. The staff were very friendly and value for money was without question. The only niggle was the very strong aroma of Indian Cuisine in reception at all times of day.
