Dont drink wine by the glass in the bar unless youre feeling rich. The bar is relatively expensive anyway but the service and staff compensate well.

The rooms are quite small. The spa could definitely do with make-over looked very out of date..jacuzzi looked old.The location is ideal for exploring Kensinton and Notting hill gate.

Overall we were satisfied with our stay - rooms, service, location etc But the restaurant was poor - felt like being back in the army - big noisy room, the waiters didnt care and the rather greasy food had been too long on display We can however recommend a small restaurant close to the hotel - The Muffin Man -excellent breakfast

Hotel is in an excellent location with good access to tube. Its obviously geared for more business travellers. The atmosphere in the bar was dull. The rooms were clean but very small. I dont think you should advertise it as a health & Spa when you have to pay £5 to use the pool. In most Irish hotels you can use the leisure facilities for free. I did however enjoy my stay in London.
