Tuvimos un problema grave con la reserva , ajeno por completo a nosotros,responsbilidad del mayorista(Marsans) y la respuesta y ayuda en la recepcion del hotel fue NULA.

Dolphin Houses location is a little off the beaten track but the apartment was spacious, well furnished and good value for money.

I had expected for more when I had made my booking in Dolphin House. I found my room to be too small for me. However, it offered excellent accommodation which was affordable.

The partment was very good, but for the money paid, I would expect the quality given. Finding your way around the complex was confusing, and not have lift direct to the floor is a disadvantage. Although Pimlico is not the best location it was only a few minutes walk from the tume (although not a pleasant one at night).

An excellent option to stay in London. Good location, the accommodation is of complete worth for what I spent during my stay in Dolphin House.

I had made my reservation a month before my stay in Dolphin House so I had no problem in finding a room. My room was clean as well as had all the required amenities which I usually look for when I am away from home.

It was a great experience staying here. My friends were asking if it was worth staying and they too loved the location and amenities of Dolphin House.
