When I arrived at this hotel I was put in a basement room which was very dark with poor lighting and no windows. The television was also not working and I had to get a technician to come and attempt to repair it. This he couldnt do so I was left with no pay tv. The restaurant was overpriced and the steak I had for £15 came with about 10 fries and left me with indigestion through the night. The walls in my room were paper thin and the adjoining door must have been made of bolser wood as I had to listen to the couple next door having sex for most of the night and Im talking hearing flesh slapping, moans, groans, screams language the lot. Coupled to this I everybody in the hotel seemed to have their televisions on at high volume through the night. I cant warn you away from this hotel strongly enough!! I had to check out at 5:30 in the morning due to lack of sleep and find another hotel.

I arrived at the hotel at 7:30pm they could not find my reservation, so they said they would phone me on my mobile if they could find it. Went back to my car for 30 mins and waited, then went back to receptionist and she said they found it but I would need to stay in hotel across the road. Went to room, very very small, then wnet out to meetinig in london, returned at 2:30am to go to sleep, the room was to hot an stuffy to sleep got up at 4:00 and checked out and booked into another hotel down the road. Would like a refund. Thanks Greg

location excellent, just a few hundred metres from tube station and earls court arena. Our room was on the small side but clean although rather warm and he air con did not seem to be working. We had a noise coming from the radiator but this was rectified. Would class as a three star rather than four.

A good location and acceptable hotel at very good rates, freindly staff, but the parking was £28 per day at an off site car park.

I arrived at the hotel at around 7pm and they attempted to accommodate me at their "extension building" across the road. After some pressure from myself they eventually found me a room in the main hotel. The following morning a "free" copy of the Daily Telegraph was promised - it was actually one paper between three rooms - main part for one , business part for the next etc.

Great hotel, a perfect base for a visit to London!The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were spotless and this hotel provided a perfect base for our weekend in London.

Great Location, lovely hotel although my visit was for business and for one night it was very enjoyable and the area is excellent I would stay there next time on my next personal visit to London but for a longer period.

Excellent location and very impressed with hotel It was a good size with all the necessary facilites provided, ie the iron, hairdryer, microwave, phone, tv etc. The decor was excellent and the location was great. I would use it again.

Good hotel, not so good booking via City Hotels.net Very good hotel and room. Newly refurbished. Booked twin-room via City Hotels.net and got it confirmed, but got a standard dubbleroom with a poor extra bed.
