Although the location of this hotel is wonderful, the service of the reception and concierge staff was some of the worst I have ever encountered.I travel to Paris at least once a year, and am fluent in French and English, so language was not the issue.The attitude was pure snobism with a complete disregard for the requests/needs of the guest.There appeared to be no communication between employees of night and day shifts. I do not understand how this was rated a 3 star hotel, except for the location. Recommendation: Do NOT stay here!
