A good location, well staffed and friendly hotel. We had a top floor room with a great view. Sadly, taps were falling off, soap dish almost broke my toe and 1 room phone did not work. The wake-up call service did not function and the cupboard containig the safe could not be opened easily. (Good security) With all that said, position and price made up for it.

We have stayed at this hotel several times and have never been disappointed. The Staff is great, very professional and extremely friendly, very helpful. In addition, the hotel has a great location with several options for public transportation.

We have stayed here several times. The staff is always helpful and extremely couteous. The deluxe double is a nicely decorated, good sized room. This hotel is in a good location with easy access to the metro and bus lines; within walking distance to the big department stores and the Opera. Would definitely recommend this hotel without reservation.
