A very good hotel, conveniently located, within walking distance to everywhere. Rooms a bit small but comfortable and clean. We will visit Paris again and stay at this hotel

A nice hotel although staff have not got a clue about the internet and do not realise how important having internet access is! we needed to check in online and said they would have to do it for us - of course they couldnt as they didnt know how too. Instead of calling the room and letting us know they waited to tell us as we were going out which by then it was to late to attend a internet cafe that is, we were told was 15 minute Metro ride away.Americans staying at the hotel were appalled when Stephanie the receptionist told them the few pages she had printed off would cost 87 Euros - if you are going here be warned. It is Ridiculous - Best Western I suggest you get a PC that people staying in the hotel can use not everyone can afford a laptop!We have stayed at Best Westerns all over Europe and this is the first one we have been too where there was no access to the internet.
