The cuisine, devised by Anouska Hempel, is a skilful blend of East and West, together with imaginative dishes of her own, all elegantly presented to look as good as they taste. A carefully chosen wine list, friendly staff and professional service make it a must for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The bar is popular, lively and full of character. The Chinese room and Blake's bar adjoin the restaurant. The restaurant and Chinese room are highly sought after venues for private and corporate parties.

The Corfu Suite is a magical hideaway, which can be found beyond the courtyard garden at Blakes, the serene atmosphere that the suite evokes is always surprising and is a popular request for honeymoon, anniversaries and all special occasions.
