Roomzzz Manchester is part of the fabric of the city. It's housed in a Grade II listed cotton warehouse, boasting high ceilings, long windows, soaring interior spaces and grand Victorian character by the yard. This fabulous building was even awarded the 'Built in Quality Award 2009' by Manchester City Council.
As you'd expect from a luxury hotel in Manchester, there's every concession to contemporary style and comfort with 48 individual apartments to choose from - from compact studios to spacious suites. Each one fully fitted for the practicalities of daily life; each one finished with a subtle suggestion of the Orient inspired by the bustle of nearby Chinatown.
The property is easily reached from Manchester Piccadilly railway station, and with Piccadilly Gardens just a few blocks away, the Northern Quarter beyond, G-Mex and Deansgate's shopping to the north-west, you're never far from the heartbeat of this vibrant 21st Century metropolis.
The Apartments:
- Smart Studio (sleeps 2): Double bed
It's all in the planning. Everything about our Smart studios has been carefully thought out to create the perfect balance between comfort, style and practicality. From the high-gloss white kitchen pod with integrated appliances, to the comfortable sleeping area complete with luxurious double bed and ample wardrobe space. Need to check your mail? The plasma TV doubles as a Mac Mini. Need to complete your report? The dining table doubles as a workstation. And the shower? Well actually, it's just a shower (but quite possibly one of the best-appointed showers in Manchester).
- Grande Studio (sleeps 2): Double or Twin beds
You can never have too much of a good thing, we believe. So, we took the concept of our smart, stylish studios and expanded upon it a little. With a slightly larger open-plan living space there's plenty of room to stretch out. Rustle up a latte and warm croissants in the all-white kitchen and return to your luxurious bed with the papers. (Twins and doubles are available). Plan out your day with free web access via your iMac. Then, enjoy a bracing shower in the contemporary bathroom - some are fitted with baths and even their own plasma TVs. Now that's thinking generously.
- Liberty Studio (sleeps 2): Double bed
The Liberty suite takes style and comfort to a whole new level. Step into the apartment and you'll immediately be greeted by a large open plan living space with high ceilings, generous seating, a good-sized dining table, plasma TV and iMac / Mac Mini computer. You'll also find a fully equipped all-white kitchen pod with stainless steel appliances - perfect for preparing lazy breakfasts or lavish dinners. There's more to discover in the shower room, tastefully finished with high quality modern fittings and dual wash basins. Altogether, Liberty gives you the freedom to enjoy your stay, just the way you want.
- Maxima Suite (sleeps 4): King bed + Double sofabed
Everything about the Maxima suite has been designed to maximise your comfort. With a spacious open-plan living area, comfortable seating, a large dining table, a coffee table and a deep luxury rug, you'll quickly feel at ease. Settle down in front of the plasma TV, or catch up on your mail with the iMac provided. Conjure up a simple supper using the high gloss all-white kitchen pod, or simply luxuriate in the comfort of your bed located on a mezzanine and reached by a feature spiral staircase. (Extra guests can take the practical sofa-bed down below). There's also a sleek, modern shower room - some are available with baths, and even their own plasma TVs for maximum indulgence.
- Emperor Suite (sleeps 4): King bed + Double sofabed
Check in to the Emperor suite and it's a little like having your own private empire in the heart of Manchester. Laid out around a spacious open-plan living area, it provides every comfort for you and your fellow guests to relax, dine and live in total luxury.
The focus of the master bedroom is a magnificent four-poster bed and the room has its own en suite WC and handbasin, a walk-in wardrobe, a desk with an iMac and a plasma TV. Up on the mezzanine, via a spiral staircase, there's a further double/twin bed with a separate wardrobe and dressing table. Need even more room? It's possible to open up the suite to the room next door to create a private three-bedroom suite.
All guests are well served by the shared living space, complete with 3-seater sofa-bed, two armchairs, a coffee table and a luxury designer rug. Not to mention the fully-equipped all-white kitchen pod and dining table for getting together over brunch. The contemporary bathroom too features a separate shower and its own plasma TV, so no-one has to miss their favourite soap.

If you fail to cancel prior to this time the property reserve the right to charge for 1 Night(s) accommodation.
