Bookings may be cancelled up to 48hrs prior to arrival with no cancellation fee. Notice given after that will be subject of 1 nights charge.
All cancellations and amendments must be made directly with Luxurycityhotels.com to receive a confirmation of cancellation/amendment.

Until you do your booking will still be considered valid/unchanged so please ensure you contact us if you do not receive a confirmation of your cancellation/amendment within 1 hour of your initial request if made during normal business working hours, or within 1 hour of our opening times if your initial request is made overnight or at weekends. Please note that cancellation/amendment requests sent by fax and email outside our office working hours will be considered as received on the next working day. When a reservation is made after the cancellation deadline, then the reservation will be subject to a late cancellation charge per room cancelled if cancelled at any time, from the moment the booking is made.
