- 3-Bedroom Duplex (100sqm):
Spacious duplex three bedrooms apartment plus maid room overlooking the Jebel Ali horse race and greens with attached bathroom and guest’s bathroom. Modern and comfortably furnished, and have large windows and balcony. They all have individual kitchen and are fully equipped up to the smallest details. Wireless internet connection is available in each apartment at additional cost. 42 inch LCD TV and DVD in the spacious Living room, Fridge, cooker, microwave, coffee machine washer and dryer, safe box, iron and ironing board.
Family Plan:
Children below 12 years sharing parents’ room will be entitled to free accommodation.
Baby cots will be offered on a complimentary basis.
Pets:
Pets are not allowed regardless of the kind and size. Exceptional Cases such as guide-dogs will be considered but subject to the approval of the Management.

If you wish to cancel or amend this reservation you can do so by contacting us at least before 12:00 (noon) London time 3 working day(s) prior to the arrival date.
If you fail to cancel prior to this time the property reserve the right to charge for 1 Night(s) accommodation.
All cancellations and amendments must be made directly with Luxurycityhotels.com to receive a confirmation of cancellation/amendment.
All late cancellations will be subject to a late cancellation fee as per the cancellation policy.

Any request to cancel/amend a reservation cannot be considered complete until you receive our cancellation/amendment confirmation. Until you do your booking will still be considered valid/unchanged so please ensure you contact us if you do not receive a confirmation of your cancellation/amendment within 1 hour of your initial request if made during normal business working hours, or within 1 hour of our opening times if your initial request is made overnight or at weekends. Please note that cancellation/amendment requests sent by fax and email outside our office working hours will be considered as received on the next working day. When a reservation is made after the cancellation deadline, then the reservation will be subject to a late cancellation charge per room cancelled if cancelled at any time, from the moment the booking is made.
